Pasture-Raised Angus Eye of Round Steak
Lean, hearty, and full of real beef flavor, this is an old fashioned, everyday steak our grandparents cooked with.
Cut from the hindquarter, the eye of round is naturally lean and finely grained, making it perfect for quick searing, thin slicing, or slow marinating. It’s the kind of versatile, workhorse cut that shines in everything from steak sandwiches and fajitas to stir fry or homemade jerky.
Our Angus cattle spend their lives on open pasture and in our woods, grazing the way nature intended. We never use antibiotics or added hormones, ever. To create the best flavor and tenderness, we finish our cattle with a short, small batch grain finish, about half as long as large industrial farms, giving you beautiful beef flavor without sacrificing the clean, pasture raised quality we believe in.
The result is beef that’s
• deeply flavorful
• naturally lean
• tender when sliced properly
• perfect for everyday meals
Because our cattle are pasture raised and not pushed for size, these steaks are modest and practical, just right for one to two people.
