Our Ground Berkshire Pork is made from our heritage Berkshire hogs, raised right here on pasture with room to roam and fresh air every day. Berkshire pork is known for its rich marbling, deep color, and naturally tender texture — which means more flavor in every bite and none of the dryness you often find in conventional pork.

This is the pork we keep in our own freezer because it does everything well. Juicy burgers, savory breakfast sausage, tacos, meatballs, dumplings, chili, pasta sauces — it browns beautifully and stays tender and moist.

We grind in small batches for freshness and never add fillers, water, or preservatives. Just pure, clean pork.
