Our Angus cattle spend their lives the way cows were meant to live:
roaming open pasture, grazing fresh grass, and wandering our woods with plenty of space and sunshine.

We never use antibiotics, added hormones, or routine medications. Ever.
Just clean air, good grass, and time.

To create the best possible flavor and tenderness, we finish our cattle with a short, small-batch grain finish, about half as long as large industrial farms.
